Insights Magazine: A Tailored Space for Stakeholders

Too often, valuable research gets overlooked because it’s buried in overwhelming reports or confusing interfaces. That’s why we created the Insights Magazine—a dedicated, intuitive space designed specifically to match your stakeholders’ interests, priorities, and ways of working.

Think of it as a personalized homepage for stakeholders, curated by researchers. You decide exactly how insights are presented: highlighting key findings, adding helpful context, embedding multimedia or integrations, and structuring content visually. Stakeholders get a focused space tailored precisely to their needs, making it easier than ever to explore relevant insights at their own pace, without the noise of raw data.

Conversational AI Search: Answers in Seconds

Stakeholders need quick answers—but often don’t have the time to dig through reports, remember metadata structures, or recall specific keywords to find answers on their own. To bridge that gap, we’ve built conversational AI search right into the Insights Magazine.

Now stakeholders can easily ask questions in their own words—no special terminology required—and instantly get precise, high-quality answers directly from published findings. Every answer comes transparently backed by original research evidence, ensuring clarity and trustworthiness. It’s as easy and reliable as having a dedicated researcher ready to answer questions on-demand, anytime stakeholders need to dive deeper or clarify insights. User Groups: Easier Access Management

User Groups let you assign permissions in bulk, so the right people always have access to the right Projects and Magazines—without the hassle of adjusting settings one by one.

Plus, with a clear overview of who has access to what, it’s easy to track users, permissions, and seats. For more information, visit our Help Center.

Folders: Keep Projects Organized

As research scales, so does the need for structure. Folders let you group related Projects—by product, team, or business unit—so finding what you need is faster and easier. Plus, you can mark Projects as favorites for quick access.

Additionally, Contributors can now delete Projects if the Restrict workspace-wide configuration to Administrators workspace setting is not activated.

Auto-Clustering: Affinity Mapping Made Easy

Identifying patterns and themes manually takes time—time that could be better spent understanding your research. To help you speed up affinity mapping and streamline synthesis, we’ve introduced Auto-Clustering.

In just a few clicks, AI groups Highlights by positive, neutral, or negative sentiment, or by themes you define using custom prompts. Whether you’re broadly exploring data or diving deep into specific questions, Auto-Clustering surfaces meaningful patterns in seconds, giving you more room to focus on insights rather than sorting. Session Summaries: Get Key Takeaways in One Click

Research moves quickly, and staying aligned requires clear, concise communication at every step. Instead of spending valuable time creating lengthy summaries, you can now use AI to instantly generate high-quality overviews—directly from your research sessions.

Whether you need to:

  • Quickly inform your team about an interview they couldn’t attend.

  • Provide stakeholders with brief updates during ongoing studies.

  • Rapidly assess previous research for relevance to a new project.

Session Summaries instantly distill transcripts into clear, accurate overviews. Preview these summaries right from the Sessions list, saving time and keeping everyone in the loop—no need to review full transcripts or detailed notes.

Beyond Session summaries, Condens also provides concise AI-powered summaries for Highlights, Tags, Tag Groups, Clusters, and Artifacts—covering your entire research workflow. Instantly add context to Clusters, or quickly generate clear, accurate descriptions for Tags and Tag Groups. This helps researchers consistently label raw data, ensuring a coherent taxonomy across all teams and projects, while giving stakeholders helpful context whenever they explore detailed research data directly.

Tag Boards: Keep Your Tags Organized and Relevant

When research scales across teams, products, or business units, keeping Tags clear and relevant becomes challenging. Tag Boards make managing your taxonomy easy by letting you organize Global Tags into multiple sets—each tailored to a specific context. Additional Updates

We’ve also introduced several smaller improvements to streamline your research workflow:

  • Integrations: FigJam & UXTweak plugins let you easily bring data from and to Condens.

  • Auto-scroll transcript: While playing recordings in Sessions, transcripts can now scroll automatically.

  • Backlinks for Artifacts: Quickly see if and where Artifacts are referenced.

  • Cover images for Whiteboards: Add visual context to your Whiteboard Artifact and improve previews when sharing.

  • Keyboard shortcuts & improved navigation: Press / in Whiteboards to open the toolbar menu, click through Highlights in a Cluster like a carousel, and more.

With these updates, Condens makes insights easier than ever to explore, engage with, and act upon.
