Claude supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) natively, allowing you to query your Condens research directly from Claude Desktop or claude.ai. This integration gives you instant access to your published insights without leaving your AI assistant.
Before you begin: Check out how the Condens MCP Server works and what it enables.
You will need a paid subscription with Claude (Pro or higher) to use the MCP Server. Claude is pre-configured in Condens, but Admins control who can use it.
Go to Settings > Account > API & MCP Server.
Specify which users, roles, or user groups can use it.
Click Save.
Claude will then be visible in Settings > Integrations for selected users. They can then activate it and follow the steps below.
Go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom Connector.
Note: You may need to activate Developer mode to see this option.
Enter the MCP server URL.
Depending on your server region, it's either https://api.condens.io/mcp (EU) or https://api-us.condens.io/mcp (US).
If you're unsure, the correct link is always visible in Condens' MCP Settings for you to easily copy and paste.
Click Connect.
You'll be prompted to confirm the connection within Condens and authorize your account.
Once connected, you can begin querying your Condens research directly in Claude.
Claude gets read-only access to published Artifacts in your workspace. That means it cannot create, edit, or delete content in Condens.
Additionally, you only see workspaces, projects, and Artifacts you have access to in Condens. If you have access to multiple workspaces, you can query across all of them.
