The Future of UX Research Is Strategic

Research isn’t the outcome, it’s the output. And it’s really only impactful when paired with skills like effective ideation, collaboration, and communication.

The future of UX research lies in adopting a more strategic mindset. One that ensures research influences priorities, shapes product direction, and actually gets used.

In this session, Sahar Chung, Director of Product Strategy at Multiplayer, reveals why advancing in user research and being promoted to senior roles isn't about mastering more methodologies. It's about developing the storytelling and stakeholder management skills that give research a real seat at the table.
