Condens is a web-based software tool developed by Condens Insights GmbH. Its purpose is to store, analyze and share user research data.
TLDR:
- You have full control over your data. We don’t own it and will never sell it to others.
- Condens is fully GDPR compliant. All data you enter or upload into Condens is stored and processed in data centers in the EU by trusted and certified infrastructure subprocessors .
- Condens doesn’t need any personal data to function (except for your billing and signup information). You are free to use your participants’ real data or anonymize it in any way you want.
- We improve the Condens webapp based on your feedback and usage. Therefore we monitor how you interact with it.
- On our website, we use cookies to better understand how we can improve our offering and marketing efforts.

Condens Webapp
We collect information about how you interact with our webapp. We do that to better understand how our users use the webapp (so that we can improve it) and to help us to identify and fix bugs or problems you might have. This information is associated with your account.

How long we keep information
We retain your personal information while you have an account with Condens. If you choose to delete your account, the data is retained for another 30 days in the form of backups before it is irrevocably deleted.
How we transfer information
We might transfer, process, and store your information outside of your country of residence, to where we, Condens or our third-party infrastructure subprocessors operate (all GDPR compliant). Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it and ensure to do so compliant with applicable data protection laws.
