Who can view research results?
You can share results with anyone you chose to. Viewing results does not require a Condens account.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No, you can try Condens for free without providing payment information before.
What if there are not always the same people working with Condens?
The number of seats determines how many people can use Condens at the same time. You can reassign seats on a monthly basis.
What happens after my trial ends?
If you want to continue using your workspace, just enter your payment information. If you do nothing, your workspace will change into “read-only” mode.
Can I work with clients on Condens?
Yes, Condens is designed for secure collaboration with clients. Separate workspaces for each client make sure all data is kept confidential.
Is my data locked in the tool?
No, you can download all your data in a readable format at any time.

What happens to unused transcription quota?
Unused transcription minutes will lapse at the end of the respective billing cycle. If you pay monthly, they will lapse at the end of the month. For yearly payment, they will only lapse at the end of the year.
What if I need more than the included transcription quota?
You can always buy more transcription at a price of $5/hour or 5€/hour. Get in touch to learn about volume discounts.
