Accessibility statement

We are committed to offer our website and Condens as an application in a way that is accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. Condens is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the exemptions listed below.

How we support accessibility

  • All major parts of the application can be navigated by using the keyboard.

  • Many interactions in Condens can be performed with a keyboard and shortcuts including highlighting text, adding tags, changing formats and more. See the list of shortcuts.

  • Highlights created from transcripts have the respective audio-snippet attached, so users can also listen to the original recording.

Known exceptions

The following parts of Condens are not fully accessible:

  • Captions are not available for audio or video content.

  • Contrast of text and background color is not ideal for some explanatory labels.

  • While all major parts of the application can be navigated by using the keyboard, there are some interactions that can't be performed without a mouse or touch input (eg. drag-and-drop interactions).
