How to purchase a subscription

Go to your Condens account or start a trial if you don't have an account yet
In your account, choose Buy Subscription from the menu on the left
Choose your preferred plan and select the number of users.
Click on Buy for the respective plan and billing cycle you want to purchase. The Individual and Team plan is available as monthly or yearly subscription, Business and Enterprise only as yearly subscription.
The checkout will pop up to enter your payment information

Once you completed the checkout you can immediately use your Condens account.

Payment options

Credit card: Your card will be charged once you complete the checkout and in the future based on the selected billing cycle. You will receive an email with the invoice to the provided email address.
Bank transfer: For the yearly Team, Business and Enterprise plan you can select bank transfer as an option. After entering your billing details and completing the checkout you will receive an invoice via email which is to be paid within 30 days.

Let someone else make the purchase for you

If someone else completes the purchase for you, for example your manager or a colleague from finance or IT Ops, you can invite them as a Non-Research Admin. With that role they can manage users and take care of billing without counting towards the number of used seats. Read more about user roles here.
