Search results in Condens don’t include embedded Figma files or prototypes.
Embed Figma design files
Follow these steps to embed a live Figma design file or prototype in any Artifact, Session or Project description:
In Figma
When you embed a design file from Figma in Condens, you can select the top-level frame you'd like to embed (optional).
Open the page of your Figma design file.
Click Share in the toolbar.
In the access settings of the share modal, choose Anyone with the link to make sure your link is public.
Click Copy link.
Password protected design files cannot be accessed or viewed from an embed. If the file is only shared with members of your organization, they must be logged in to view the embed.
In Condens
Select Embed Website or app and search for Figma:
In any editor (eg. in a Session, text Artifact, Project description, etc.) use the next to an empty line or type ‘/’ and search for Figma or select Embed website or app.
In any Whiteboard Artifact, click (...) the left menu bar, search for Figma or select Embed website or app and place it on the Whiteboard.
Paste the link in the respective field on the embed element.

Embed Figma prototypes
Follow these steps to embed a live Figma prototype in any Artifact, Session or Project description:
In Figma
When you embed a prototype from Figma in Condens, you can select a specific flow you'd like to embed (optional). If you don’t specify the flow, you’ll be able to switch between them as you preview your prototype in Condens.
Open the page of your Figma prototype.
Make sure you’re in the Prototype tab.
Click Play to present your Prototype.
Click Share prototype in the toolbar.
In the access settings of the share modal, choose Anyone with the link to make sure your link is public.
Click Copy link.
Password protected prototypes cannot be accessed or viewed from an embed. If the prototype is only shared with members of your organization, they must be logged in to view the embed.
In Condens
- In any editor (eg. in a Session, text Artifact, Project description, etc.) use the next to an empty line or type ‘/’ and select Figma.
- In any Whiteboard Artifact, click (...) on the left menu bar, search for Figma, then select it and place on the Whiteboard.
Paste the link in the respective field on the Figma element.
