Share Artifacts via Slack

By connecting Condens to Slack you can automatically publish Artifacts to a specific Slack channel. This integration is available on the Team, Business and Enterprise plan.

How to connect Slack and Condens

  1. Log into your Condens account and open the Settings.

  2. Select the settings tab Integrations.

  3. Activate the integration for Slack:

  4. Now you will be redirected to Slack. Please log in or choose the account you wish to connect with Condens.

  5. Choose the channel to which Artifacts should be published to.

  6. Confirm the settings.

How to publish Artifacts to Slack

  1. Directly above the Artifact, click either Publish or Publishing settings (if the Artifact is already published).

  2. For automatic publishing to your connected Slack channel, make sure the "Post link to Slack" toggle is enabled.

How to share video snippets in Slack

  1. Copy the sharing link to your video Highlight. You can learn more about it here.

  2. Paste the sharing link in your Slack channel.

Engage your stakeholders with descriptive previews of your Highlights and let them instantly play the video with automatic media captions directly in Slack.
