Migrate research from another tool to Condens

Moving past research data into Condens doesn't have to be a big project. Our data migration skill lets your own AI tool do the work: it inventories your existing data, proposes a mapping onto Condens, shows it to you for confirmation, and imports it.

What it does

You give the skill to an AI tool you already use. It asks where your research lives, what is worth moving, and proposes where everything goes with a detailed understanding of Condens. It also helps migrating the data if you have access to the Condens API.

Supported sources

Google Drive, Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, Notion, Airtable, Dovetail and EnjoyHQ. Miro and FigJam boards are imported as PDF Artifacts.

What you need

A Condens account (a trial works), the AI tool of your choice, and an export of your data.

How to get it

Email hello@condens.io with the name of the tool(s) your research is in and the AI tool you plan to use, and we'll send you the skill with setup instructions.
