Julian has amassed a wealth of experience as being either the first UX researcher at an organization, or being one of the first hires. As a result, he's mastered the art of building research practices from the ground up and is now helping others to do the same. He also hosts "Finders to Builders," a podcast dedicated to first and solo researchers facing the unique challenges of building research practices from scratch.
