(Senior) Product Marketing Manager
As a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager at Condens, you will be the voice of our product, crafting and conveying its story to the market. You will own and manage all product communications, ensuring that businesses looking for a UX research tool discover Condens and understand its benefits and value. Your mission is to bridge the gap between market demand and our solution.
To succeed, you’ll need to dive deep into the daily tasks and challenges faced by UX researchers, enabling you to identify how Condens can address their needs. Using this knowledge, you will develop and execute product marketing strategies that clearly communicate the value of Condens, proactively spotting marketing opportunities and recommending effective activities and channels. Your qualitative mindset and empathy-driven approach will enable you to translate complex information into engaging stories and clear use cases for our customers and prospects.
In this collaborative role, you will work closely with the product team, sales, customer success, and fellow marketing colleagues.

- gain a comprehensive understanding of potential and current customers and utilize these insights to develop and execute product marketing strategies.
- lead the product marketing workflow and be responsible for all external communications around the product, such as feature release campaigns.
- proactively follow and engage with product development, sales, customer success, and other teams to identify marketing opportunities and align marketing materials with our product's capabilities.
- ensure Condens is visible where potential customers search for solutions, such as search engines, comparison pages, and tool lists.
- lead the development of product marketing content and create convincing copy and media for our website, third-party pages, and other platforms.
- conduct research on markets, competitors, and users to understand customer needs, pain points, trends, and competitive offerings/pricing.
The role is perfect for you if you
- have previous experience in product marketing ideally in a B2B SaaS context.
- can understand complex topics and turn them into clear, compelling narratives.
- possess a qualitative and creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- are a proactive, detail-oriented learner and problem-solver with a hands-on mentality.
- excel in written and verbal communication in English, thriving in an international setting.
- have an interest in UX, particularly UX research - prior experience in the field is a plus.
