Finance & Operations Specialist
In this role, you will contribute to our startup's financial processes and overall operations, collaborating directly with the management team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international B2B tech startup and contribute to our company's financial foundation.
Your responsibilities will include a broad range of financial tasks such as managing our monthly closing in collaboration with external tax accountants, handling receivables management, preparing financial reports, and assisting the management team in making strategic financial decisions. Beyond finance, you’ll contribute to cross-functional projects in areas such as sales, customer success, or legal to facilitate the scalability of our operations as our customer base expands.
As we are an international company with customers in 50+ countries, you will work with a diverse set of people and communicate in German and English.

- oversee monthly closing in collaboration with our tax accountants
- be responsible for receivables management
- prepare internal and external reports
- ensure compliance with evolving tax and accounting regulations
- continuously improve our processes and tooling
- work with the founders on strategic financial decisions
The role is perfect for you if you
- have previous experience in finance, accounting or a related field
- are well-organized, come prepared and work independently with great attention to detail
- communicate fluently in both German and English
- are available to work approximately 15 hours per week
