Munich • Full time
Event & Community Manager
As an Event & Community Manager at Condens, you will shape how we show up in the UX research
world: online, onsite, and everywhere our community gathers. You own our event calendar
end-to-end, plan and execute memorable experiences, and build meaningful relationships with
UX researchers, designers, and product managers worldwide.
This role is all about bringing people together and making Condens visible early in the
funnel. You’ll connect with leads, customers, partners, and thought leaders to create
experiences that spark conversation, deliver real value, and deepen engagement with our
brand.
We’re not hiring a “planner.” We’re looking for someone who owns the full experience and can
balance creativity with operational excellence. From defining the right audience and driving
promotion to running the event on the ground, you know how to turn event and community
moments into visibility, advocacy, and measurable results.
You’ll work closely with marketing, customer success, sales, and design to target the right
audiences, identify relevant topics, source speakers, and drive initiatives that strengthen
Condens’ presence in the UX research space.
About us
Condens is a Munich based startup building one of the
most popular software tools for user research. Hundreds of companies around the world — including enterprises like Siemens, Accenture,
and Bank of Montreal — use Condens to better understand their users and share that
knowledge across the organization.
In this role you will
- Plan and execute high-impact events from intimate dinners to multi-hundred attendee webinars and conferences with a strong focus on participant experience.
- Own event promotion from start to finish: build landing pages, create targeted CRM lists, send invites and reminders, and manage post-event follow-ups.
- Manage all operational details for online, hybrid, and on-site events, including venues, sponsors, booth setups, equipment, goodies, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee global conference sponsorships, including booth design, asset preparation, and communication with organizers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UX research communities, influencers, experts, customers, and industry partners.
- Identify relevant UXR trends and collaborate with speakers and partners to shape compelling event and content agendas.
- Design and run community initiatives that strengthen networking, engagement, and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with customer success to support customer advocacy and word-of-mouth growth.
- Proactively propose new formats, partnerships, and ideas to strengthen Condens’ presence in the UX research community.
The role is perfect for you if you
- Have previous experience in event management, field marketing, community building, or partnerships, ideally in a B2B SaaS context.
- Are organized and proactive, and comfortable running multiple projects in parallel while balancing creativity with operational rigor.
- Are a people-person who enjoys building relationships and being actively involved in communities.
- Take a customer-first approach and care deeply about creating smooth, memorable experiences, from the first invite to the post-event follow-up.
- Have a builder mindset: you take ownership, figure things out, and execute hands-on.
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, event tools, and email automation.
- Communicate exceptionally well in English and enjoy working in an international environment.
- Enjoy traveling to conferences and partner events a few times per year and are flexible with occasional evening work (1–2 times per month) to support US-based events.
- Have an interest in UX, especially UX research (prior experience is a plus, not a must).
