Event & Community Manager
As an Event & Community Manager at Condens, you will shape how we show up in the UX research world — online, onsite, and everywhere our community gathers. You will be responsible for planning and executing memorable events, building meaningful relationships with UX researchers, designers and product managers worldwide, and strengthening Condens’ presence within the community.
This role is all about bringing people together and making Condens visible early in the funnel. You’ll connect with researchers, partners, customers, and thought leaders to create experiences that spark conversation, deliver value, and deepen engagement with our brand. With a balance of creativity and operational focus, you’ll manage logistics end-to-end and ensure every touch point reflects Condens at its best.
You’ll work closely with marketing, customer success, sales, and design to identify relevant topics, source speakers, and drive initiatives that boost visibility and advocacy.

- Plan and execute high-impact events, from intimate dinners to multi-hundred attendee webinars and conferences, ensuring smooth logistics and an excellent participant experience.
- Manage all operational aspects across hybrid, online, and on-site formats, including venues, sponsors, booth setups, equipment, goodies, on-site coordination, and participant communication.
- Oversee global conference sponsorships, including booth design, asset preparation, and communication with organizers.
- Build strong relationships with UX research communities, influencers, experts, customers, and industry stakeholders to deepen Condens' presence.
- Identify relevant UXR trends and collaborate with speakers, thought leaders, and partners to shape compelling event and content agendas.
- Design and run community initiatives that strengthen networking and engagement within the global UXR community.
- Collaborate closely with customer success to strengthen customer advocacy and enhance word-of-mouth recommendations
The role is perfect for you if you
- Have previous experience in event management, field marketing, community building, or partnerships, ideally in a B2B SaaS context. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional or adjacent backgrounds.
- Have an interest in UX, particularly UX research — prior experience in the field is a plus.
- Enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and being actively involved in communities.
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative ideas with operational discipline.
- Communicate exceptionally well in English and thrive in an international environment.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a hands-on mentality.
- Are excited about traveling to international conferences and partner events a few times a year.
- Are flexible and open to occasionally working later in the evening (around 1–2 times per month) to accommodate US-based events or partners.
