Customer Success Specialist (full time)

User research influences the products and services you use every day. Your favorite fitness app, the car sharing service in your city and even your kitchen appliances. Condens helps people who conduct user research to do their work more easily and effectively.

For thousands of User Researchers, Designers and Product Managers around the world Condens is a central tool of their work which they often use several hours a day. As a Customer Success Specialist you help them to achieve their goals and get the optimal value from our software. That means you complement the product with additional services such as personal onboarding calls and content such as training materials in our Help Center or webinars showing best practices.

Ultimately, doing a good job in Customer Success means enabling our customers to do better user research and accompany them on their path to becoming more people-centric organizations.

In this role you will

  • be responsible for the onboarding experience of new customers as they get started with Condens
  • ensure continued satisfaction and education of existing customers via personal calls and the creation of training materials & documentation
  • identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and preventing churn by analyzing product usage data and feedback
  • work closely with colleagues from sales, marketing, content and product to continuously improve the customer experience

  • enjoy working with people and easily build relationships
  • demonstrated your analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data in multiple projects
  • can create engaging, clearly structured content across media format (text, images and video) and communication channels
  • are a strong communicator in English who is able to reflect Condens’ tone of voice
  • are flexibly available for calls with customers in US and EU time zones
