Business Development & Sales

In this position you will drive the growth of Condens by establishing new relationships with potential customers and business partners in an international setting.

The role includes a broad set of responsibilities for our inbound channels, outbound activities, process improvements and account management. You will help prospects understand the benefits of Condens for their organization and guide them through the entire evaluation process. We believe this is the perfect ground for a steep learning curve as you will get to know the inner workings of a growing B2B SaaS startup.

Sales at Condens means a continuous relationship with the potential customer or business partner. We favor an empathetic and consultative approach that doesn't feel like sales to prospects, but helps them choose the best solution for their needs.

About us

Condens is a Munich based startup building one of the most popular software tools for user research. Hundreds of companies around the world - including enterprises like Zeiss, Celonis and Bank of Montreal - use Condens to get a better understanding of their users. In this role you will

  • be the representative of Condens for inbound prospects guiding them through the entire purchase process up to the conclusion of a contract
  • work with cross functional teammates in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content to find solutions for prospects and turn them into customers
  • engage in selected outbound activities like webinars and conferences (no cold calling)
  • help to improve our overall sales strategy as well as analytics, toolchains and materials
  • develop our strategic positioning and go-to-market approach, for example, by identifying and establishing new partnerships

The role is perfect for you if you

  • enjoy building new relationships with business partners with the help of your positive energy and presentation skills
  • actively listen and use your empathy to find the right tone for each situation
  • are a very strong communicator in English, German is not required but a plus
  • think strategically to identify new go-to-market or growth opportunities
  • are flexibly available to cover both European and US time zones
