Account Executive EMEA

Now we're looking for an Account Executive to own our EMEA market — our home base and our strongest region. You'll be stepping into a healthy inbound pipeline with real deal flow, complementing it with your own outbound activity, and owning the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed contract.

- Manage and convert a strong inbound pipeline of mid-market and enterprise leads across EMEA
- Build your own outbound motion to complement inbound and open new conversations
- Run the full sales cycle from discovery and demo to negotiation and close
- Represent Condens at industry events and conferences in the UX research community
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to keep improving how prospects experience Condens
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS
- Fluent in German and English. Both are essential for this role.
- Comfortable handling longer, more complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- A consultative approach to selling. You focus on understanding the customer's situation and being genuinely helpful.
- Organized, reliable, and good at following through
- Genuine curiosity about our product and the problem it solves

- OTE mid-level: €100,000–110,000 per year, with uncapped commission
- OTE senior: €120,000–135,000 per year, with uncapped commission

- Demo simulation & interview (90 min): Show us how you sell. We'll run a simulated demo so you can put your skills into practice.
- Meet the team (90 min): Come into the office, get to know more of the team, and get a feel for the culture and the space.
