Restoring deleted items with the Trash page

Accidentally deleted something? No worries — you can easily restore deleted items like Projects, Artifacts, Sessions, and Tags using the Trash feature in Condens.

Deleted items are moved to a Trash page available in the Settings > Workspace. From there, you can view and restore items for up to 30 days after they’ve been deleted. After that, the items are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What can be restored?

You can restore anything in Condens that exists as a page — meaning it has a unique URL. This includes:

  • Projects

  • Artifacts

  • Sessions

  • Tags

  • Tag Boards

Who can restore items?

You’ll only see items in the Trash that you had access to at the time they were deleted. This means you can only restore items that belonged to your permission scope.

How to restore a deleted item

  1. Go to Workspace Settings.

  2. Open the Trash tab.

  3. Browse the list of deleted items.

  4. Click Restore next to the item you want to bring back.

That’s it! The item will return to its original place in your workspace.
