Security assessments

We understand that some organizations have an internal process to go through before introducing a new tool. Many of the questions that come up in such a process can be answered based on the information provided under Security and Privacy. In addition, we offer the following ways to assess the security of Condens. If you have questions about any of these assessments or want to obtain additional proof please contact us.

SOC 2 certification

Condens is SOC 2 Type II compliant in accordance with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards. We work with independent third-party auditors to demonstrate that Condens provides enterprise-level security for our customers’ data.

Penetration tests

We work with industry leading security firms to perform annual network and application layer penetration tests.

Cloud Security Alliance Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire

The Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire published by the Cloud Security Aliance offers a standardized way to document what security features and processes a SaaS tool offers. We are happy to provide a filled-out version of this questionnaire upon request.

Custom questionnaires

For organizations that require non-standard information, we are happy to support your security team in answering those. Please note that due to the additional work required on our part, we only do this for Business and Enterprise plans.
