Generative AI in Condens

At Condens, we believe AI can greatly benefit UX research and want to offer it to our customers. We also take privacy seriously and want to address any concerns about how AI handles data. On this page, we'll explain how AI processes data in Condens.

Your data belongs to you

  • The data you upload to Condens belongs to you.

  • We only use your data to provide you with our service. Your data is never used for training AI models or improving AI services in any way.

  • We use Azure OpenAI, a service by Microsoft. We do not use any new subprocessors for AI features and continue to rely on our trusted and secure partner Microsoft. For more information, see Microsoft's commitment to data, privacy and security for Azure OpenAI.

  • All data continues to be exclusively stored and processed in the EU.
