The UXtweak integration lets you import video call interview recordings directly to Condens.
Here's how to do it:
In Condens, go to
Settings and open the Integrations tab.Activate the UXtweak integration by clicking its toggle:
4. In UXtweaks, go to the Participants tab in the results of your Freeform Interviews study and select the export option Recording links as CSV.
5. In a Condens Project, open 
Sessions and click 
Import multiple sessions if you have not added any research sessions yet, or to Bulk import sessions.
6. Drag and drop your CSV export from UXtweak, or click Import from UXtweak to select it from your files.
7. Your recordings are uploaded to Condens, ready for transcription and analysis.
