Artifact Analytics helps you track how your research is being accessed and by whom—giving you insight into its visibility and potential impact across your organization.
In an Artifact, you can click on the menu and select .
For each Artifact, you can see:
How many visits occur each month, so you can track attention over time (coming soon)
How many individual visits an Artifact had in total
Where those views came from
How many unique users viewed the Artifact
What roles or user groups the viewers belong to.
Additionally, while viewing an Artifact, there is an indicator showing which users viewed it and when—so you know who’s seen the content and is likely up to date.
Artifact Analytics gives you a clear view of how your research travels across the organization.
For example, if you’ve shared a key finding and want to know whether product managers or designers have seen it, the role and group data can show you if it’s reaching the right people. If visits spike after a team meeting or a share in Slack, you’ll know your timing and channel were effective.
You can also use monthly visit trends (coming soon) to demonstrate that a particular insight is gaining continued attention—or that interest is fading and may need a reminder or update. And with viewer history, you can quickly check who’s seen the latest version, helping you avoid repeating context or sharing outdated links.
